These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hans Air Express website at hansairexpress.com and all courier, cargo, and logistics services provided by Hans Air Express ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing a shipment booking, using our website, calling our customer care, or engaging any of our logistics services, you accept these Terms in full. If you are booking on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are advised to review this page periodically.
Our Services
Hans Air Express provides the following logistics services, subject to availability and applicable conditions:
- International Courier Services – Worldwide door-to-door shipment delivery
- Domestic Courier Services – Pan-India parcel and document delivery
- Air Cargo Services – Fast domestic and international freight transport
- Surface & Bulk Transport – Road freight and commercial logistics solutions
- Doorstep Pickup & Delivery – Home and office parcel collection and drop-off
- Medical Supplies Courier – Specialised healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics
Services are subject to operational feasibility, regulatory approvals, and applicable surcharges depending on destination, weight, and shipment type.
Booking & Orders
- You must provide accurate sender, recipient, and shipment details at the time of booking
- Incorrect or misleading information may result in delivery failure, surcharges, or cancellation without refund
- The declared value of goods must be truthful; underdeclaration may affect liability claims
- Hans Air Express reserves the right to inspect the contents of any package to verify compliance with these Terms
- A booking confirmation does not guarantee a fixed transit time; delivery windows are estimates only
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being sent through Hans Air Express:
- Narcotics, controlled substances, and illegal drugs
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and weapons of any kind
- Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious metals exceeding declared limits
- Perishable food items unless specifically agreed in writing
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, radioactive substances, or lithium batteries (beyond carrier limits)
- Pornographic material or items that violate obscenity laws
- Counterfeit goods, pirated content, or items infringing on intellectual property rights
- Any item the transport, possession, or import/export of which is prohibited by applicable law
You accept full legal and financial liability for any consequences arising from shipping prohibited items.
Liability & Claims
Hans Air Express's liability for loss or damage is limited as follows:
- Domestic shipments: Liability is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the goods or ₹5,000 per shipment, unless additional insurance is purchased
- International shipments: Liability is governed by applicable international conventions (e.g., Warsaw Convention) and the terms of the carrying airline
- No liability is accepted for delay, loss, or damage caused by events outside our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or customs delays
- Claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) to be considered
- No claims will be accepted for items shipped without proper packaging or in violation of prohibited item lists
We strongly recommend purchasing shipment insurance for high-value goods. Contact us to arrange appropriate coverage before dispatch.
Payment & Charges
- All charges are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Shipment charges are based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater
- Additional charges may apply for fuel surcharges, remote area delivery, re-delivery attempts, or customs-related fees
- Corporate accounts are subject to agreed credit terms; late payment may attract interest at the rate of 18% per annum
- Prices quoted on our website are indicative and may vary based on actual shipment measurements
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applied to all invoices as per applicable Indian tax regulations
Customs & Regulatory Compliance
For international shipments, the sender is responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin where required
- Ensuring goods comply with import/export regulations of both origin and destination countries
- Payment of customs duties, taxes, and associated charges in the destination country unless a specific arrangement has been agreed
- Any fines, penalties, or costs resulting from inaccurate or missing customs documentation
Hans Air Express will provide best-effort customs assistance but does not guarantee clearance and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before pickup at no charge; cancellations after pickup are subject to a handling fee
- Refunds for prepaid shipments will be processed within 7–14 business days, minus applicable deductions
- No refunds will be issued for shipments already in transit or delivered
- Refunds for delayed deliveries are subject to our service guarantee terms, which vary by service type

Intellectual Property
All content on the Hans Air Express website — including the logo, brand name, service names, text, images, icons, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Hans Air Express and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Hans Air Express provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- Warranties relating to uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or security of data transmissions
- Guarantees of specific transit times or delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing
In no event shall Hans Air Express be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services beyond the limits stated in Section 5.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes amicably. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 business hours.
